Delivery

We ship your order safely and reliably via DHL.

We produce and assemble every lamp made to order, this process takes time.
We currently have an average production and delivery time from approximately 6-8 weeks.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
During the peak season (orders placed in October and November), delivery times may be longer than usual. If you have a strict deadline, please feel free to reach out to us.

Buying Polyluma lights online is easy and secure – we accept credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Hungary, and Liechtenstein.

We charge the following flat rates for international delivery:

 

Deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, Norway or Iceland

For deliveries to Switzerland, UK, Norway or Iceland we provide all necessary customs documents. However, customers are responsible for covering any import duties and taxes, which may appear. The custom charges vary by region.

If you provide proof that VAT has been paid in the destination country, we can refund the German VAT.

We ship to Switzerland, UK, Norway and Iceland with DHL.
Please note that a local delivery service often takes over the final delivery, and customs clearance may take several days — this can lead to longer delivery times.
