Location: Polyluma Manufactory & Showroom, Berlin Mitte

 


SALES REPRESENTATIVE B2B


Responsibilities

  • You independently develop a B2B client network consisting of architecture firms, interior designers, and lighting planners

  • You personally advise clients in our Berlin-Mitte showroom and build long-term relationships

  • You present our growing product portfolio with style and confidence – digitally, by phone, and on-site

  • You accompany client projects from inquiry to delivery in close coordination with the team

  • You actively contribute ideas to further develop our sales strategy and brand presence

Qualifications

  • You have initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in interior, lighting, architecture or design

  • You’re proactive and enjoy inspiring clients

  • You work in a structured, independent and well-organized manner

  • You have a strong sense of aesthetics, design, and high-quality products

  • You speak fluent German and good English

 


PERFORMANCE MARKETING


Responsibilities

  • Analytical and content-driven evaluation of all Polyluma performance marketing activities, currently focused on Meta, Pinterest, and Google

  • Set-up and optimization of regular KPI/performance reports with clear action recommendations

  • Budget and campaign management in collaboration with marketing and management

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in budget and campaign management in performance marketing

  • Background in D2C and/or interior design is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills as a foundation for evaluation and reporting

 


CUSTOMER SERVICE / SHOWROOM SALES / OFFICE MANAGEMENT


Responsibilities

  • Customer support via online and phone communication

  • In-person representation in the Polyluma Berlin showroom including product presentation, customer consultations/sales – ideally also on Saturdays

  • Support in simple administrative office tasks (e.g. accounting, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English

  • Customer-oriented, dynamic, and solution-focused mindset

  • Friendly, confident, and style-conscious appearance

  • Organized and structured work approach

 


PRODUCTION & LOGISTICS


Responsibilities

  • Execution of easy-to-learn production steps in the final assembly of luminaires

  • Configuration of customized client orders

  • Responsibility and quality control across the full order process: intake, coordination, configuration, packaging, and shipping

  • Order management and documentation via Shopify, ClickUp, UPS and other tools (easy to learn)

  • Assistance with daily business operations

Qualifications

  • Skilled hands and a sense for craftsmanship

  • Affinity for design and making

  • High level of organization and quality awareness – clean and structured work

  • Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and flexibility
