PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

Shipping Conditions:
Delivery is carried out across Europe via our shipping partner DHL.
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the size of the order. You can find an overview [here].

Delivery Times:
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 3–5 weeks (depending on production capacity). For international deliveries, the delivery time is 4–6 weeks from the conclusion of the contract (in case of advance payment, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

We are able to shorten delivery times upon request. This requires prior agreement and confirmation of the desired delivery date.

For self-collection, we will notify you by email once the goods are ready and provide options for collection. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Payment Options:

  • Prepayment by bank transfer

  • Credit card payment

  • Payment via PayPal

  • Payment via PayPal Express

  • Payment via Sofort (immediate transfer)

Further Payment Details:
When paying by credit card, your card will be charged at the time the contract is concluded.
