DESIGNER (f/m/d)

Polyluma is a growing design manufactory in Berlin with a focus on timeless lighting design and innovative manufacturing. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative personality with a strong sense for aesthetics, brand, and visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Design of marketing materials (social media, website, newsletter, print)
• Further development of our visual brand identity
• Creation of graphics for campaigns, product launches, and sales activities
• Close collaboration with marketing, product design, and management

Qualifications

• Confident use of 3D tools in general – Blender in particular
• Strong aesthetic understanding of design, typography, and layout with great attention to detail
• Independent and structured way of working

 

 

3D PRINTING EXPERT (f/m/d)
Part-time possible | Berlin | starting immediately

In our Berlin manufactory, we produce our luminaires using state-of-the-art 3D printing technology. To maintain, optimize, and further develop our printer farm, we are looking for a passionate 3D printing expert (“tinkerer”) with technical understanding and a strong sense of quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and optimization of our 3D printing processes

• Preparation, maintenance, and calibration of printers

• Repair of printers and setup of new machines

• Quality control of printed components

• Participation in the development of new materials and forms

Qualifications

• Experience and passion for 3D printing (primarily FDM)

• Technical understanding and manual skills

• Structured, independent, and reliable working style

• Ideally experience in series production or manufactory work

 

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE & SHOWROOM SALES (f/m/d)
Part-time possible | Berlin | starting immediately

Our customers across Europe value the personal contact with Polyluma. For customer support, we are looking for a service-oriented personality with empathy and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consulting on products, configurations, and orders (online and by phone)

• Handling orders, delivery times, and complaints

• Close coordination with production and shipping

• Representation in the Polyluma Showroom Berlin incl. product presentation, customer consulting, and sales, preferably also on Saturdays (11:00–17:00)

• Optional support with administrative office tasks

• Very good communication skills in German and English

PRODUCT DESIGNER (f/m/d)

At Polyluma, luminaires are created with a clear design approach and technical innovation. We are looking for a product designer who thinks holistically about form, function, and manufacturing and is eager to develop new lighting objects.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of new luminaires and product lines

• Work on forms, proportions, and materials

• Creation of 3D models and prototypes

• Close collaboration with management

Qualifications

• Studies in product / industrial design

• Very good sense for timeless, reduced design

• Experience in generating organic 3D models (e.g. Rhino)

• Interest in innovative manufacturing technologies

 

 

B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Part-time / Free agent possible | Berlin | starting immediately

For our continued growth, we are looking for you as a dedicated sales representative (f/m/d) – with a passion for design, a fine sense for customer needs, and the ambition to help build something great.

Also possible as an additional brand representation:
You already represent high-quality brands in the fields of interior, lighting, or design? Perfect – our luminaires can be ideally integrated into your existing portfolio. Ideally, you already have an active customer base in architecture, interior design, or lighting planning. We look forward to a collaboration in which you help us establish Polyluma as a strong design brand in the market.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop a B2B customer network of architecture firms, interior designers, and lighting planners

• Personally support customers in our Berlin-Mitte showroom and build long-term relationships

• Present our growing product portfolio with confidence and style – digitally, by phone, and on site

• Accompany customer projects from inquiry to delivery in close coordination with the team

• Actively contribute ideas for further developing our sales approach and brand presence

Qualifications

• Initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in interior, lighting, architecture, or design

• Enjoy approaching people proactively and inspiring customers

• Structured, independent, and well-organized working style

• Strong affinity for aesthetics, design, and high-quality products

• Fluent German and good English

 

 

SOCIAL MEDIA & INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT (f/m/d)

You love design, great storytelling, and strong brand presences?

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining authentic relationships with influencers

• Planning and implementation of social media campaigns (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn)

• Community management and editorial support of our channels

• Content briefing and, if applicable, own content creation (photo/video)

Qualifications

• Experience in social media or influencer marketing

• Sense for aesthetics, design, and language

• Very good German and English, spoken and written

• Structured, independent way of working

• Technical understanding and systematic working style

 

 

PERFORMANCE MARKETING
Part-time possible | Berlin | starting immediately

Responsibilities

• Analytical and content-based evaluation of all Polyluma performance marketing activities, currently focusing on Meta, Pinterest, and Google

• Setup and optimization of regular KPI / performance reports including clear recommendations for action

• Budget and campaign management in collaboration with marketing and management

Qualifications

• Solid experience in budget and campaign management in performance marketing

• Experience in D2C and/or interior design is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills as a basis for evaluation and reporting

 

 

PRODUCTION & LOGISTICS
Part-time possible | Berlin | starting immediately

Responsibilities

• Execution of easy-to-learn production steps in the final assembly of lamps

• Configuration of customized customer orders

• Responsibility and quality control for complete order processing: intake, coordination, configuration, packaging, and shipping

• Order management and documentation via Shopify, ClickUp, UPS, and possibly other tools (easy to learn)

• Support in the operational handling of day-to-day business

• Manual skills

• High level of organization and quality – clean and structured working style
